The Expendables movie review
By Justin Tracy
What do you think when you hear the word “expendable”? Do you think, someone is useful but isn’t too important? Or do you think of people like Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Bruce Willis, and Arnold Schwarzenegger? Well no, you probably don’t. Apparently Sylvester does. Because this movie is kind of like a modern day A-team movie.
To get a first hand review of what this movie was like we set up an interview with Blake Keniston. We asked if he liked the movie and he replied with a prompt “Yes I did! It was a great movie!” We then became intrigued by his enthusiasm towards this movie. We had to know so we asked why did you like this movie so much? His answer was “I loved the nonstop action packed thrill of the movie from beginning to end!” Well you can’t expect anything short of that with nine of today’s most famous men alive today. It goes without saying that they are some hot rods and motorcycles and planes. Last but not least all the guns from pistols to automatic shotguns.
Our only other question would be, if they came out with a second one would you see it? “ Definitely, I would like the second movie to be in 3d. That would be sick!” What a great idea! Now you’ve heard it straight from a viewer. Although the Expendables is a great movie, from what we heard it doesn’t have much of a story. Who would care with those guys driving fast cars, and shooting loud guns! I guess at that point it really doesn’t matter!
